Is it true you can no longer migrate mtx?

Hi guys,

I've had the same support case open for over a year now where I've tried to have my MTX moved from one sub account to another. This was a because of how Xbox had different logins. You guys fixed that though and there's been tonnes of forum posts about having mtx migrated.

A few months after PoE2 launched I logged a case and didn't hear back for 4 months, then got asked for all these photos and evidence of the MTX and so on.

Then, late last year I changed my email address but you continued to respond on the original email chain. Now it's May and I'm being told you can't support me on that thread anymore and I have to lodge a whole new ticket via my new email.

So I do that, I /verify in game like you asked only to be told no you can't assist with this query with no explanation of why or if this policy had changed or what the go is.

This has left me confused and pretty upset as I ended out spending hundreds on one character thinking nothing of it, I was a few months into the Xbox account and had started with just a few small things but as I wanted more I noticed you were definitely offering the merger so I continued to buy more thinking it would be fine, it was only for a league anyway.

I understand some times things change and all but if you can please fact check the support message I got I would really appreciate it as ultimately I just want to be able to enjoy the pixels I paid for on the same sub account that has all my other nice pixels.

Look I'm happy to respect that and do whatever's needed, but please put some pressure on my ticket as it's been well over a year now only to be told today you can't do it.

Probably going to get in trouble le for this but your official announcement you made says we. An make a request to have the MTX, migrated from dual accounts and makes no mention of when you can't.

For people who look this up, I hope this helps GGG claim it only works for accounts made before the dual account changes.

I think I saw 1 mention of someone having MTX migrated late last year; prior to that a few dozen from people hoping someone might have an idea why GGG wasn't doing anything.

I hoped that meant they finally found a day to have a developer implement it for their internal admin tools. (Should only need 2 queries: One to unequip everything and turn stash tabs read-only, and a second to change which sub-account each MTX is bound to.)

If you're still getting the run around over half a year later, something on GGG's end is even more cursed when I assumed they erred by either saying something before getting final approval from XBox or actually having a developer implement the feature.
