Weapon swapping

Weapon swapping, awesome,

you should show players the functionality,

of assigning weapons and skills to set 1 / 2 very early,

i think this would improve a whole lot of players experience

energy shield from items given from W slot 2 should need to re-charge when swapped, not be a iron skin w/o the gem.

Ah i think what you'll see this league is a million players running that Whirl wind spear build you showcased,

show casing builds should not be show past A 3,

you should show builds that can evolve really nicely after that, but the full end game showcase is likely out.

too many will just follow it.

I too think the game could use a little bit more "introduction" of mechanics in general to players. I think it's an overarching issue that applies to more than just the concept of weapon swapping, but it would be helpful there as well. I agree swapping under-utilized by most players.

As for the build showcase, I remember a video of Chris Wilson from PoE1 saying that they try not to show the "full potential" of skills or items or builds or whatever in their videos and would rather just do enough to demonstrate basic functionality to avoid exactly what you've mentioned: directing players how to play.

It's the whole "teach a man to fish" vs "give a man a fish" idea, or maybe closer to "give a man the tools to fish" lol

Certainly seems like there's a lot of people who play this game who want nothing more than to be "given" the fish. Maybe we're seeing GGG show off a little because of a shift in that overall player-base sentiment compared to when Chris originally made the statement, or maybe they've just changed their tune on it a little bit.
Who am I to say anything, I don't respect my time either.
