I'm completely baffled

Help me figure this out.
So I'm 93 SSF soft, hroC necro, 80/78 block 4k life 1k es,
I face tank almost any content, clear juiced maps all good.

I finally find a missing mao kun, go clear it.
I enter the portal, use my whirling blades once, die.
All I saw was one normal mob, shooting a arrow at me, map is 73.

What kinda fucking bug or glitch was that?
It's absolutely impossible one trash mob one shots me clean.
I wish we had a death log for shit like this.
I kept clearing the map and things turned instantly back normal, I face tank everything.

Imagine you are a uber boss killing lvl 100 facetank, and you get one shot by a lvl 5 crab in act 1. Like wtf? How?
Has anyone ever had a bug where you just die from nothing or a super low trash mob hit?

Dunno about the specific situation described but if you rely on block some things might randomely one shot you here and there because you are never 100% save, block just works like that and if the hits occurs often enough sooner or later you will roll a critical miss twice or sth and you just die.

Did the map have some sort of reflect? Unless immune to it, reflect is a quick death.

Mao Kun does not have reflect.

Maybe you clicked some auras off or switched weapons by accident.
It's really just a guessing game.

The monsters do like 3x more damage in that map though.
