Hollow Palm and Facebreaker-like Atlas node for Witches/Sorceress

As the title says, I think it would be cool to have something as an option to cast spells using our hands instead of a magical focus like wands, staves or scepters.

Please GGG, make it happen since you can just basically copy Hollow Palm but make it for Staves and Int, I'd love you for it and i'm sure many people would too.
