Make Chronomancer's Temporal Rift Recover Runic Ward.

It's simple buff to an under-utilised ascendancy really.
Make it recover runic ward. If there's skills that make Chronomancer really good for spending runic ward, they can use Temporal rift. Revert to their previous state where they had full runic ward and begin the casting chain again.

Which is an oppurtunity cost if you think about it. As downside is that while you use it to recover your runic ward, you lose your panic button.

Overall it would open up a niche and allow something for chronomancers to do as their unique mechanic.
