Anyone new - Avoid Creators who Paywall - Everything is Free in PoE

Anyone new avoid the paywalled content pitfall and any creator exhibiting that pathetic behavior. You can find everything for free, from better creators, who know more about the game, and have communities who are very helpful.

Be sure to let people know not to pay for any guides or content and hopefully we can save some people from wasting money and ruining their experience. Paywalled content always comes from creators that can't maintain an audience on stream or Youtube.

That should tell you everything you need to know about their "guides"

I feel like if anyone tries to paywall anything the community is going to just dump all over them, and rightfully so. I do think we'll see some scammers try to get some people though, hopefully no one falls for it.

Oh you're 100% correct. They will get run off for sure. The scam part is why it's so bad. Imagine being a new player, buying a guide and it turns out to be horrible. You decide to not play anymore as a result and the community is smaller in return.

Just toxic to paywall anything. There are around a dozen of us, in my group, who have money ready to break down the paywalls and share all the content with the community. I have unlimited funds and retired, so it's no sweat off my back to do it.

As Open Source Build Creator, you can only control you, just focus on supporting creators that have passion, I literally had to rush making like 12+ spirit walker builds giving people more options with custom pob instead of going rmt route. cause I saw miles away gonna be scam content creators will be running, experiencing big content creators steal my tech a few times its a sad system. all you can is protect yourself.

I bet like with the paywall mod for Cyberpunk VR, it'll be a whole BS justification. So scummy.

Where do people and especially noobs go and see the paywalled builds?
I've only seen it once, and only visiting some patreon
