Just wondering if there was an update with PSN

Hey everyone,

Is GGG stil prohibiting all mtx transfers from psn poe1?

lmk, my entire guild is wondering if we're playing poe 2 for the new league, but half of them quit because of the whole mtx not transferring for psn. We're a large psn group and some of us on pc so we stick together. Currently Diablo season is about to become stale and we're wondering if this has been fixed.

Please say yes!!!!

:) anyway hope you guys are enjoying poe 2 ! We all miss the game dearly, but just can't justify the thousands of dollars having to be spent again, feels like an unfair disadvantage. Just speaking facts guys.

Hoping to give my guildies good news, but I've already told them that you guys will never be allowing psn transfers from poe1.

You'd need to contact Support directly to ask GGG themselves this. Because they lack any kind of public-facing documentation, knowledge base, or help centre there's no visible policies we can refer to in order to answer your question. And I used to try to monitor what they said in response to others' posts, but for years they've just asked people to reach out to them directly.

I've seen nothing that suggests either Sony has changed their position - them raising their prices is far from encouraging - nor that GGG would be prepared to stomach retroactively losing a cut of transactions which Sony had been no way involved with at the time. Especially given that Sony's competitor, Microsoft, has not demonstrated the same kind of intransigence.

But only GGG would be in a position to say for sure whether there has been any movement.
