Accelerated Growth MTX

Can we please have an MTX for Accelerated growth to spawn butterflies when the flower blooms. We just need more butterfly cosmetics (:

A thunder storm MTX that can go along side this one can make "thunder storm" seem calmer and spawn rainbows. I bet this would be very popular MTX.
