Spirit Walker Feedback – Parry + Companion Synergy Missing?

After looking through the new Huntress Spirit Walker ascendancy, one thing stood out to me: I’m not seeing much, if any, interaction between Parry and the spirit/companion mechanics.

Parry still feels like a core Huntress ability and a big part of what makes the class fun and skillful, so it feels strange that the summon-focused ascendancy doesn’t seem to support it at all.

For example, the Bear Spirit / Wild Protector seems like a perfect opportunity for synergy. It would be really cool if successful parries could trigger something for the bear, such as:

* Bear immediately taunts nearby enemies when you successfully parry
* Bear gains your thorns or reflects damage for a short duration after parrying
* Bear performs an immediate slam or counterattack
* Bear gains temporary rage, armor, protection, or charges after a successful parry
* Bear can taunt enemies toward you after it triggers an ability, creating more opportunities to parry again
* Bear gains the ability to parry or block attacks itself for a short duration after you successfully parry
* If you are currently holding Parry, the bear could maul or grab an enemy and throw it toward you, setting up another timed parry and creating a unique combat loop
* Spirit effects or companion buffs trigger on parry instead of only passively

Right now Spirit Walker looks fun, but it feels like the summon side and the Huntress core parry gameplay are disconnected. I’d love to see at least one ascendancy node that ties Parry + Spirits/Companions together, especially with the bear.

It could create a really fun gameplay loop where you parry, your bear reacts, enemies get redirected or taunted, your bear gains defensive or offensive bonuses, and it sets up more opportunities to parry again.

Curious what other Huntress players think.

Good stuff. Solid ideas, genuinely thoughtful and creative, and a good way to somewhat rescue the skill if they want to.

Not surprised at all they didn't think to do this though when even the preview video more or less suggested go afk while mighty silverfist and all his friends do the work for you, and get this ascendency passive for lazy autotargeting, etc.
