Purchasing exilecon ticket but can't physically go. Can I still be sent the code for the mtx?

I'm caring for my disabled mom who I can't just dump for a week in NZ. I want the MTX they give out every year to attendees but this year, I'm unable to go. Can support e-mail me the code instead, since I will have a ticket.
