Bring back old versions of some skills.

Let's be honest GGG, the nerf to some skills was so overturned and out of touch that the vast majority of players no longer use then. Hexblast, Rapid Shot, Incinerate and Flameblast see no player usage ever since you last gutted them in the name of balance or the "vision". The fuel "mechanic " on Incinerate and the 10 second forced cooldown on rapid shot if you use it for more than 2 seconds are particularly egregious. I'm here today to say, that's really stupid. The 0.1 and 0.2 version of these skill were fine and did nothing but add the the variety of builds available in the game, builds that were loved by many. Please return these skills to their former, and far more preferred, states.
