Comet vs Lightning Conduit (LC) parity

Comet baseline does consistently more damage with less work than Lightning Conduit does. To get LC's damage to match comet you need to build a bunch of shock magnitude. Even after all that you still have a skill cooldown of 8s...

Why??? There is no parity between the top end lvl 14 spell skills. It would be great if cast on users had something other than Comet to use in their builds.

Infusion consumption and generation is biased for Comet. Fire infusions are easier and faster to get adding to the problem of Comet being the best spell in cast ons.

Removing Cooldown from lightning conduit and adding the jumpback or windup comet has. Remove the cooldown altogether from LC. Adding cooldown to Comet.

Every league its just comet comet comet, there is no competitor.

tbh if you look at cold SPELLS they are all trash, comet its the only decent and even then its not used by frost mage archetipe.

yes please make the frost spell kit as usefull as lightning one and include comet on there
