[Suggestion] New Kalguuran Skill: Ray of Frost (Channeled Beam)

​I would like to propose to GGG to add a new Kalguuran skill gem called "Ray of Frost." The lore is they use a Verisium Lense to refract starlight into a concentrated, freezing beam. It would be epic to have a new channeled beam skill added to the game.

I really like this idea.

To expand upon it, the ability to walk at half movement speed while channeling. At intevals, columns of starlight appear in the area. If the player moves into the columns, the ray intensifies.

Yeah, really like to see a beam skill added to the game, and the one that immediately comes to mind is Ray of Frost.

C'mon Jonathan and Mark, add a cool beam spell to the game!
