Seige cascade QOL mini rework (build diversity, bossing & game performance improvement)

A small QOL change that would have HUGE gameplay viability implications for Seige Cascade.


Siege Cascade currently creates an unlimited number of projectiles based on number of enemies in the target area = Great for clearing, unusable for bossing (only makes 1 bolt).


One change: Make it fire a set number of bolts every time:

"Aim skyward and fire an payload which drops (10) bolts which lock onto enemies in the target area (prioritising those closest to you). These bolts lodge in the ground and explode after a short delay.

This change makes it immediately viable for bossing, weakens its screen clear ability and fixes lag from unlimited projectiles & explosions.
