co-op/Party-Play Challenges
|
Dear GG Team,
my wife and I always play this wonderful game together in co-op. In previous leagues, she often stopped playing before I did because co-op gameplay sometimes felt a bit awkward or unclear. For example, Temples in co-op were confusing — we never really understood who received Temple charges and how some mechanics worked. There were often small hiccups for both of us. (We use separate accounts.) That made me wonder how progression works with the new Infinite Atlas system. If we both play only on my Atlas, will both of us still make progress on our challenges, such as completing specific maps and similar objectives? Or would she receive no progress at all? It would honestly be a real bummer if she couldn’t earn the cosmetic armour rewards just because we mostly play on my maps. I completely understand if some challenges need to be completed on a player’s own Atlas for balancing reasons. But for broader goals — for example, completing 200 maps — it would be great if maps we run together on my Atlas could still count for both of us. Otherwise, with our limited playtime, completing those challenges together would probably be impossible. Greetings, Jonathan Last bumped on May 15, 2026, 3:56:55 AM
