Solving the problems with the Infinite Atlas endgame: Regions

TLDR

Instead of all nodes on the Atlas being just one map, you Discover that Region, a completable collection of about 10 of the same Map layout. This way, you can play your 'favourite' Map layouts 10 times more often, and it reduces the total size of the Atlas, while keeping all its cool features.

Mechanics

* The Atlas originally looks the same as now: Biomes with a couple of Maps per Biome, and each Map having its own distinct visual identity/art on the World Map.
* You still run a Map by clicking on it and putting in a Waystone. However, now this is called a 'Region', and you 'Discover' it by completing this Map.
* You can still choose to apply up to 3 tablets to the Region up front. However, Tablets again no longer have uses but are one-off. Tablets apply to the entire Region.
* After completing the Map (defeating the Map boss), you have 'Discovered' the 'Region'. You can still continue to the next Region. So far, nothing has changed with regards to traversing the Atlas.
* However, it is now possible to click on any 'Discovered Region' (it will be marked as such). When clicking on it, a new dialog opens; sort of 'zooming in' on this Region.
* A Region is a collection of 8-12 Maps of the exact same Map Type (e.g. Steppe), and they have all the tablets applied to them. If you didn't yet apply tablets when Discovering the Region, you can still apply tablets now. You can also change (override) the tablets applied to the Region. They apply to all remaining Maps, so the later you apply them, the fewer Maps will be impacted.
* Each Map Type has its own artwork as the background image, with Maps spread over it randomly. You can complete Maps inside a Region in any order. Maps inside a Region can still have any type of random content that 'entry' Maps can have; they're just like any other Map, except that they have that Region's tablets applied.
* Unique tablets which currently have less uses must be rebalanced: either kept the same but numerically less potent; if a numerical tweak is not possible, you could add a 'chance' for that thing to happen (e.g. if the Unique tablet had 1 use, then change this to a 10% chance, if it had 2 uses, change it to a 20% chance, etc).
* Maps inside a Region can be traversed in any order.
* As soon as a Region is Discovered, the player is free to advance to the next Region.
* As you complete more Maps in a Region, its completion indicator increases; both on the Region map, as an indication on the Atlas. This process is called 'Cleansing' the Region. The further a Region is Cleansed, the more its background artwork turns bright/cleansed.
* As you complete more Maps in a Region, they become increasingly and slightly more difficult, with more Difficult Map Bosses, and an increasing chance to encounter that Biome's Pinnacle boss etc. Lore-wise, that Region's surviving monsters and bosses are retreating towards ever decreasing Maps, making their final stand.
* Upon fully cleansing the region, its visual identity on the Map changes; it becomes a beacon of light.
* Citadels still exist, but instead of immediately leading to that Citadel and Pinnacle boss, these are Regions which, after having Cleansed the entire Region, 'Unlock' the Citadel. This allows there to be more Citadels on the Atlas, which makes them easier to find, and the Atlas more interesting.
* The same system can also be applied for the new League-specific regions. You 'Discover' them, but to get to the 'pinnacle' content of that League-specific region, you have to complete all maps inside that region.
* You gain a bonus per fully cleared regular Region, still encouraging players to clear a region of each type.
* The Atlas Passive Tree allows specializing in a given Region, or, inversely, reward a playstyle where users frequently switch between Regions or only ever Discover new regions.

Results

* This allows players to run 10x more of the Maps they like, back-to-back. All the while still needing to traverse the world Map, running all types of Maps. A player can this way 'evaluate' whether they like a certain Map Type before choosing to start cleansing the region.
* Nothing changes with regards to the infinite atlas, except that it is traversed somewhat slower, which is only an advantage: less scrolling.
* Since Citadels (and potentially other types of League-specific content) need to be 'Discovered' in their region, you can add many more of them to the global world Map, making them easier to find, and the world Map more interesting. The net amount of Citadels needn't change.
