Passives refund problem

I'm having trouble resetting my passives. It's because I have a gem that gives me "zealot's oath" and I have the "Entwinded Realities" ascension. I can't remove the gem, I can't reset the points, and I can't do anything about it. I just tested the points, and now my entire build is ruined and I can't play... Please help. Regards.

Have you refunded all passives within Zealot's Oath's radius?

Yes refunded all possible points the rest i cant refunded and i cant remove from nothing diamond with zealots oath

Do you also have Lord of the Wild allocated? Try building a path to Lord of the Wild by selecting the two passives and the keystone itself.
