Anyone else experienced the NVIDIA DLSS option staying greyed out?

I don't remember when exactly but somehow my game switched from DLSS to NIS, I have an RTX 5060 and have tried every 'fix' I found online, Reinstalled drivers and the game itself, I deleted streamline folder and reverified, I changed all the graphical settings on windows to run it on high performance mode, gone into the NVIDIA control panel to manually add the game and ensure its running at high powered

Nothing I do fixes DLSS being greyed out, Ive optimized through the app, forced DLSS to override, and nothing works

If anyone else experienced this, have you fixed it, did it take multiple 'fixes' until finding a solution?

I uninstalled the steam client and tried the stand alone, I can't remember if DLSS was working or not, for some reason I uninstalled the standalone to retry the steam client, I may have forgotten the reason I uninstalled it in the first place which is DLSS BEING GREYED OUT GRRRRRRRR

Wtf am I doing wrong, and don't really play any other games with intense graphics, I can test other games and see if DLSS works and will report back here, But as of right now, DLSS remains greyed out in the settings, I'm on DirectX12 as well
