Still waiting since the wild hunt for missing coins!!!

Hi. I just wonder if there is any chance to even get response for thread from last year where I sent ticket for missing coins which I bought and never seen on account. I'm patient enough to try again but lack of communication from GGG is overwhelming. I have bought 2 packs of coins on wild hunt release and the first one didn't show up on my account. I posted several times problem before and didn't even get response. So I try again and see if this time anyone could help me. I love this game but the way that support works is just unacceptable.
