GGG add predictive network mode and my life is yours

GGG please im begging you, i wanted to play the game since launch but i can't, just because I live far from the servers and i know a lot of people are just like me, please add it or at least give us a date on when it's coming.

Open the Path of Exile 2 folder (the one where you put in the lootfilters in documents/my games), open poe2_production_config.

Press ctrl+f and search for : networking_type

change it to networking_type=predictive

And you have it. Sure it would be better to have it ingame but you can enable it this was as well.

Already tried it long time ago, multiple times in different leagues actually, sadly didn't work

For me this does not seem to work (in POE1 predictive works fine for me). I tried different other settings I found when researching the issue, e.g. predictive_mode_forced=true, but all does not seem to have any effect.
It seems to be that POE2 does not support predictive at all.

It would be great if GGG could comment on these issues, haven't seen any official response on if they plan to support predictive like they did in POE1 at all.
