Getting the same mistake over and over again

Sometimes when Im going into new location im getting this error -
This operation requries account to be sing in

And Im in the main menu, although a second ago I was playing and everying was fine

Im using vpn during poe sessions and everything is fine in other parts of my network and games, but not in poe

Tried diff gateaways and changing vpn loc but nothing seems to help
