[Suggestion] New Secret Ascendancy: "Smith of Kalguur"

With the new Runes of Aldur league in Patch 0.5, it would be pretty epic to have a secret ascendancy for the Warrior that ties into the new runesmithing mechanic. Imagine seeing your heavy armour covered in glowing blue Kalguuran symbols.
