Snipe and High Velocity Rounds

always thought i can be a sniper taking out enemies from distance.
but sniper and HVR mechanis are kinda pepeg. my suggestion : Snipe - get rid of the + damage vs freeze, give huge damage boost and projectile that knock back every target to the projectile's end of flight and pin everything. enemies around the projectile that didnt get shot gets knocked back as usual. if barraged, every projectile after the first one will cause explosion of wind. if projectile is imbued with an element it will create different effect : if fire then it will explode at the end of its flight and leave burning ground, if ice it will also explode leaving chilled ground, if lightning you guessed it explode leaving shock ground. the projectile behaves like twister that scoops elements from ground. HVR - piercing everything along its trajectory, triple the distance travelled. inflicts aggravated bleeding and maim targets on critical hit. give damage boost. when used you must remain stationary. double reload time. cannot use ratha assault, but can use arjun's medal. deals more damage the further the enemies are, deals less damage for each pierced enemies. deals increased bleeding magnitude for each pierced enemies. if you have "heat" from rapid shot. HVR will apply burning with increased flammability magnitude. this becomes channeled ability, theres 2 stage, stage 1 deals the least damage , stage 2 deals better damage, stage 3 deals huge damage and knocks your character backwards as your character does a flashy style backflip that looks like the main character from devil may cry.
