Console Cursor

in some games you can use your left joystick and a cursor/small circle appears
sometimes it is super annoying to only be able to use te ticking (switch to closest item in a direction)
and sometimes it will go to some other place that you don’t even want.

So the D-pad for selecting item through items (ticking) and the left joystick to move freely over the screen when a menu is open would be a very nice console QOL
