Various feedback for maces/warrior

1. Give Stampede on maces the same change that rampage on talismans received, which allows the skills to push smaller mobs out of the way easier and not get stuck all the time. Currently it can be annoying to use when that happens often.("0.4.0c Rampage is now slightly better at pushing monsters out of the way.")
2. Change the warbringer passive "Imploding impacts" that allows for armour to be broken into negative numbers. Most people dont even fully understand how armour works so the actual damage benefit received from this is very obtuse. If I correctly understand it the damage increase is very low and warbringer doesnt really have any node that gives a large increase in damage. 3. Change something about supercharged slam. Its one of my favourite skills but the damage numbers on it just arent enough. It also suffer from a lack of direction. It has a large amount of aoe but isnt really usable to clear monsters (requires standing still and channeling long) but also doesnt have enough damage to be good on bosses. 4. Consider redesigning "hulking form" on titan. It is very strong, despite the 4 point investment and feels like a mandatory pick when playing the ascendancy. It feels constricting. 5. Improve the visual clarity of volcanic fissures. If many of them are overlapped and you trigger many aftershocks it becomes extremely visually noisy and unappealing. Maybe the initial slam can remain the same but the aftershocks just produce a much weaker visual effect. It also suffers from the fact that using totems to trigger volcanic-aftershocks is much more effective than any selfcast-slams setups. I dont want to play a totem build but slam with my own character so something like "Aftershocks triggered by slams you used yourself deal x% more damage" could be interesting.
