Life bar rendering glitch extending outside character UI

i encountered a visual bug where the red life bar appears to extend far outside its normal UI boundaries, creating a long horizontal red line across the screen from my character.

This seems to happen intermittently in Map/town/hideout areas. The issue appears purely visual, but the life bar rendering is clearly broken.
