Incinerate + Pyromantic Pact or Blood Magic

Before 0.5 can we take another look at the interaction of Fuel from Incinerate to work with alternate forms of resources, like Infernal Flame from Pyromantic Pact or Life from Blood Magic and Lifetap. Not being able to generate fuel with anything besides mana sets a hard limit on the skill it doesn't really need.
