Strong Rare Monsters Modifier Alert Attention

Hey Devs, I am kinda new at this game playing my first league. Today I died at hardore hate of vaal private league from l shot rare mob crit with darkness 2.3 k helth pull lvl 56 monk. I was quite enough tanky and really don`t really estimate that, I was tanking even hard slams from act 4 boss.


So i have a qustion.
Is it possible for players to mark such strong rares with special alerts some markers instead just names of modificators? Like customizing loot in lootfilter idk. Players can choose manually wich mods is dangerous wor them and visially mark them. Maybe it is exists game? I think this will be really good qol for poe2 espicially for hc players.

Is it bannable to use a mod with this feature if not? If i don't find this mod I think i will write it by my own. How i can oficially modify the game like that if its possible, can I find apis and dev tools?
