Precursor Tower Activated, Atlas Showing "In Progress"

I completed a Bluff tower. After activating the precursor tower I went to town. In my hideout, my portal reads "Bluff (Completed)" but upon opening the Atlas I am shown the Bluff is "in progress." I lost a grand project tablet and 1 charge from my other tablets.
