Computer shuts down in new areas

Hello everyone.

I'm new to the game, I bought early access three days ago and I can't play.

My computer was shutting down at the login screen. After updating the BIOS, I was able to play again.

I played the Grelwood area completely, but when I got to the area after Grelwood (I forgot the name), it shut down again.

I don't believe it's overheating; the GPU didn't go above 60ºC.
I tried to limit my CPU at 99%, and it keep shuting down

Could it be the voltage from the wall outlet to the power supply?

Anyway, does anyone have any ideas on what can be done? I'd like to play.

Using 5 fans + water cooler

This is a list of potential fixes.

Switch Renderers: If using DX12, try switching to Vulkan or DX11 through the in-game graphics settings.

Disable Engine Multithreading: Uncheck "Engine Multithreading" in the graphics options.

Throttle Processor State: Go to Windows Power Options > Change advanced power settings > Maximum processor state and set it to 99%. This can prevent the CPU from hitting 100% and crashing the system.

Manage CPU Affinity: Some users found success by opening Task Manager, right-clicking the PoE2 process, and setting the affinity to disable CPU Core 0 (and sometimes Core 1).

Roll Back Windows: If you are on Windows 11 24H2, rolling back to version 23H2 or uninstalling specific updates like KB5048667 has fixed the issue for many.

Verify Game Files: Ensure no files are corrupted by using the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" tool in Steam or the standalone launcher.

I would also check the temp of your CPU. HWINFO is a tool you can use to monitor that or MSI Afterburner should tell you as well. You should also say how it's shutting down. Is it a BSOD? Is it freezing? Does it just turn itself off?
