Herald of Thunder=not working

Hi I have an issue. I deactivated my herald of thunder skill for my character(right clicking). Now its not activating again. I tried to remove all support gems, tried to remove all gear. Still not activating. Gives me the red exclaiming mark that says"not usable with current weapon set settings". I do have enough spirit i.e. 30. I need help. I looked up several videos but no help.

You explained basically nothing besides it doesn't work. One of the things you're leaving out most importantly is your weapon type.

am using a bow. secondary is a crossbow

Yeah great, now anything else? The only thing I can suggest on the limited information you gave me is to check which weapon sets the gem is operating with.
