[UI Bug] Lord of the Wilds modified Spirit reservation is unclear and appears as a weapon-set issue

When using the Lord of the Wilds keystone, non-minion skills have 50% less Reservation Efficiency.

This appears to be working mechanically. For example, Herald of Ash has a base reservation of 30 Spirit, and with Lord of the Wilds allocated, the expanded skill details panel correctly shows the final Spirit Reservation as 60.

However, the rest of the UI does not make this clear enough, especially when the player is trying to activate the skill.

Example setup:

- Talisman + non-Unique Sceptre equipped through Lord of the Wilds
- Total Spirit: 109
- Available Spirit: 49/109
- Herald of Ash base reservation shown in the small/main skill tooltip: Reservation: 30 Spirit
- Herald of Ash expanded skill details panel correctly shows: Spirit Reservation: 60
- The skill cannot be activated because only 49 Spirit is available
- The weapon-set buttons I and II are both shown red/unusable, making it look like the issue is weapon-set compatibility rather than insufficient Spirit after reservation modifiers

The confusing part is that the UI does contain the correct final reservation value, but it is only visible in the expanded skill details panel. On the main skill panel / tooltip, the player still sees 30 Spirit. Since the character has 49 Spirit available, this makes it look like the skill should be usable.

The activation/error state then appears to point toward a weapon-set issue, because the weapon-set buttons are red/unusable, instead of clearly explaining that the modified reservation is 60 and the player only has 49 available Spirit.

Suggested UI improvements:

- Show both the base reservation and final modified reservation in the main tooltip, for example:
Reservation: 30 Spirit60 Spirit after Lord of the Wilds
- Highlight that Lord of the Wilds is modifying the reservation cost
- When activation fails, show a direct error such as:
Not enough Spirit: requires 60, available 49
- If the skill is mechanically valid for the weapon set but cannot be activated due to Spirit, avoid making the weapon-set UI look like the primary blocker

This may not be a mechanical bug, since the expanded panel does show the correct modified reservation. The issue is that the main skill UI and activation/error feedback make it look like either the 30 Spirit cost should work, or that the problem is the weapon set, when the real blocker is the modified 60 Spirit reservation.
