An account that hasn`t been active for one year was suddenly banned.
|
I have an account that has only been used in 0.2 season and hasn't been logged into for about a year. I was excitedly preparing for season 0.5, so on May 9th, I logged in and happily discussed some refund matters for in-game items with your customer service. However, just a few hours later, my account was suddenly forcibly logged out and banned, with the reason given as 'RMT.' Over the past three days, I have sent many emails to inquire about the status of my appeal, but no one has been able to provide me with any updates. This has really dampened my enthusiasm for season 0.5. Could anyone help me? The account ID is lucien#7066

Hey there,
If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com the appropriate team member to get back to you as soon as possible. As a note, please don't send additional or follow-up emails, Support will get to you as soon as possible.
"I have sent you many emails, but the reply from your staff was that the relevant department will handle it once they are available. However, three days have passed and I haven't received any news. Can I get the result of the unblocking of my account ID lucien#7066 in the near future? This is very important to me. |

Hey there,
To clarify, account issues are not handled on the forums, you would need to contact us via email for any further information, I'm afraid.
"I am very sorry to bother you. Three days have already passed, but I am very concerned about the status of my account. Your email response did not provide any progress on this matter. I just want to know whether my account suspension appeal is being processed and if I can get a result soon. Thank you. |

Each extra email you send just resets you to the back of the support queue.
GGG support for anything beyond questions junior support people can answer or do by clicking in an admin page is really slow unfortunately. You're probably looking at a wait of weeks or longer. The only times i've heard of a fast turn around for a ban appeal has been when they sent back an immediate "No"; presumably in cases where the evidence was exceptionally strong. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |
