Cannot redeem PlayStation bundle, old fixes don't work

Title, the button that ought to read "Purchase" or "download" just says view game.
I understand this is problem that has existed for many years? Last bumped on May 28, 2026, 6:37:19 PM

+1. Not working here, even bought some tabs. Still didn't show up.
If you critique this game and its problems your post will be removed.
In a news thread about sound i asked "Why did it take multiple leagues to fix the sound on console?". Then got put on probation by Kane the sound guy... |

New update …. Bundle 19 & 20 are showing under poe2 (bundle 23 not showing)
You can click the download bundle, it shows as “purchased” even got a receipt email yet ZERO of the MTX show in game Please fix |

Im having the same issue. Im also missing out on the $20 of coins bought too.

Same issue here. Bundle 19 shows as purchased but nothing showing up in game and bundle 20 won't even show up as purchased. I've had about 10 emails from PS saying "thanks for your purchase" but it's still there to be redeemed like I haven't already clicked on it 10 times...

It seems the PS purchase (and receipt) are not 'known' by GGG until the game makes contact with the PS Store.
I was browsing the in-game mtx store, and only the Pack (and Pœoints) tab has the PS Store-logo in the corner. Loading this tab took a while. However, after it was loaded I received emails from GGG with the subject "Your Path of Exile Purchase" and it referred to what I had purchased yesterday. So maybe others can work around this issue the same way. |

Tried the above fix but it didn't work for me. Unable to access any cosmetic from packs 18-20, none of the old fixes work.
They all show as purchased on PSN, but none of them have are listed on my transactions here **Eventually got it to work by loading POE1 - Microtransactions - Buy Points then closing the game and immediately opening POE2 and doing the same thing right after Last edited by Davion#9452 on May 23, 2026, 4:08:51 AM

For me it worked by loading the pack page of the micro store on poe2
After that I got them |

Likewise loading the mtx store page for supporter packs in the game allowed the bundle items I claimed to finally populate my characters cosmetics tab.
