EPIC Store Arbiter of Divinity Supporter Pack fufilment problem.

Is anyone else having issues with Supporter Packs purchased through the Epic Games Store?

I bought the Arbiter of Divinity pack on May 7th, but GGG still hasn't fulfilled the order on my account.

Support mentioned they are 'working on it,' but I'm curious if this is a widespread issue or if it's just me. Has anyone else experienced similar delays with Epic Store purchases recently?"
