stuck inside atziri boss fight

bug report reference number 1293846701. finished the atziri boss fight but she didnt go into the final animations to drop the medallion and now the chamber is closed with no way to exit. i tried going to the character selection screen. logging in with another character, tried to respawn at check point, closed the game and logged back in, still stuck in the boss room.
