False Cheating Software Warning – Request for Investigation and Removal

Dear Path of Exile Support Team,
I hope you're having a good day. I'm writing to report an ongoing issue with my account. Every time I try to log into Path of Exile, a pop‑up message appears stating that I have been detected running cheating software (such as maphacks or bots) and that this is a violation of Section 7 of the Terms of Use. The message also warns that further use will result in account termination. I want to make it completely clear that I have never used any cheating software, maphacks, bots, or any other third‑party programs that break the Terms of Use. I've always played the game legitimately, and I take the rules seriously. I believe this warning may be a false positive triggered by something harmless (such as normal background applications or hardware monitoring tools), or possibly a bug in the detection system. This pop‑up appears every time I log in without exception, and I'm genuinely worried that my account could be mistakenly banned even though I've done nothing wrong. I would be extremely grateful if you could look into my account, verify that no violation has occurred, and remove this warning if everything is in order. I am more than happy to provide any additional information or assist with diagnostics if that helps. Hey man, i just got this same notification for the 2nd time, it definitely seems like somethings going on with false positives.

And here i am, playing since 2012 and not having any warning ever.
While it could be a false positive, it is likely not as they don't typically send out warnings (the last time they did was back in 2013) and unsurprisingly despite people claiming innocence then many of them that had been warned got banned and were actually using something that falls foul of the ToS. The players problem is that they have zero clue as to what is or isn't a cheat, even something like using a tool to just play in ultrawide (wider than the game allows) is considered an infraction. True, ive been playing since 2013 without any issues and i dont use anything custom with the game except loot filters, im about to wipe my computer to be sure.

What mouse/keyboard you using? More and more mouses/keyboards offer "enhancements" to games but many of them are kinda slick and actually cheating.
