suppot gem just dissapeared.

so, the vaal temple just bugged out on me. then, i went back to camp and tried to engrave a level four support gem. as i have three support gems already in my skill, the new gem should have gone to my inventory or my gem tab. it didn't. it's gone. what in the world is going on with this game? i spend hours trying to collect some small rewards, and they just disappear. is ggg going to replace my support gem? this is crazy.
