If a real player creates six characters, GGG can earn money for all six. If GGG removes the raid bonus, they won't earn that money. Therefore, they don't want to remove the raid bonus during the testing phase. Perhaps the raid bonus will be removed after version 1.0, because the official release will be a free-to-play game.
