Match monsters' speed with characters' speed, or vice versa

If you want combo combat, you should make both monsters and characters fast, or both of them slow. Currently, only very few one-button builds can catch up with the fast speed of monsters, leaving most skills simply unplayable.

Apparently the reason is because players will skip enemies if they're not faster. One would normally question what makes players not want to kill enemies in an ARPG? What is fundamentally wrong with design to cause this? But that's silly. Here's more bosses to fight. Oh wait. That's exactly the reason... The game is a gloried boss rush.
