Life remnants turns off in temple after death.

While in the Atziri Temple, when I die, Life Remnants turns off and won't turn back on. I exit to character selection and re-enter the game and it turns it's self back on. I have not noticed this while running through the champaign, but I'm not dyeing as much outside of the temple.

I have died out side of the temple and Life Remnants did not turn off.
