Crossbow manual reload while rolling seems to ignore double barrel reload speed reduction

Permafrost Bolts with Double Barrel I

After using both bolts in the clip, immediately roll and continue holding the roll button to sprint. Right when the roll ends and sprinting begins, press the bound hotkey for Permafrost Bolts.

If you do this, the clip will reload much faster than if you didn't. From recording the gameplay and doing a frame-by-frame analysis, recording the time at which the first particle of the attack appears in the recording, the non-bugged reload time was ~2.45 seconds and the bugged reload time was ~1.97 seconds.

If I were good at video editing I'd add timers to make it more obvious but I feel like it's apparently even without timers
