Passive tree pathing

When trying to create some weird build it often fails cause Id need to path around half the tree using up points on attributes. I think it would be kinda cool to have a Jewel, limited to 1 that lets you choose another jewel socket on the tree to continue from. So put jewel into one socket -> you can either path from one specific rolled socket or select any one -> allocate it (its blocked for other jewels) and path from there.
So you'd lose 1 jewel slot, 2 passive points (1 for each jewel slot) for a “tree jump”. If it's too strong they can add some negative mods on the jewel (like controlled metamorphosis) Thoughts? Last edited by KäsePizza#3007 on May 10, 2026, 4:43:56 PM Last bumped on May 10, 2026, 4:49:42 PM

" This is excellent path through class areas and i think the only way to give unlimited access to build diversity. Devs should take it seriously to their account and bring us something similar at least. |

It's not a bad idea. Like time travel portal through space. Is way better than megalomaniac and from nothing diamond. It allows you to continue further from the node you accessed away from your starting area.
