The Prisoner A4 repeatedly heals to full

Prison boss from act 4 repeatedly heals to full health in later stage of the fight. Seems to be after AOE blood attack. Potentially from attack dealing damage to minions. Ballistas also don't seem to function sometimes.

Makes boss unbeatable. Essentially cannot progress at this point. Old posts reference same issue being present since at least Sept 2025.

This boss should be prioritized and patched as these issues block the main questline.

Could post a video. Odds are, you're doing something wrong. For instance, you can't use a ballista that the boss is right next to.
