Unable to place fragments in Map Device / Atlas screen opens instead

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the Map Device.

I can place normal maps into the device without any problem. However, when I try to use fragments, I cannot find the fragment slots.

Clicking the Map Device only opens the Atlas screen, and I don't see the usual fragment interface with multiple slots.

Because of this, I'm unable to use any map fragments.

I already tried:

restarting the game
changing hideouts
removing and placing the Map Device again

but the issue still remains.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?

When you select a map to run, underneath the slot for the map are the fragment slots.

Only 3 fragment slots appear, and the 2 other slots seem locked or inactive. The normal 4-slot layout is not showing correctly.
Is this a progression requirement, or is my map device bugged?

The top slot is the map slot and the ones below it are fragment ones.
This was changed with this league.

I was confused because I was used to the old map device layout from previous leagues. Now I understand that the top slot is the map slot and the lower ones are fragment slots, with additional slots unlocked through progression.
