POE2 Supporter Pack not received. Do not buy from Epic Store

Do not purchase from Epic Games for ANY Supporter Pack, I've recently purchased both of the 90$ Packs and did not receive any of them.
GGG is not assisting with the case as they do not know what is happening with the issue also so I'm down 2 supporter packs. I hope they assist me or manually granting me the packs as I've already sent them receipts. Epic Store told me to contact GGG and GGG apparently doesn't know what the hell is going on either. I'm already in touch and the latest email was from 3 hours ago, and the response I got was " I'm afraid we don't have any updates regarding this issue, and cannot speculate as to when this may be resolved. If there is anything else we may be able to assist you with in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let us know. " so please let me know what else should I do?
