Please give us beam spells

My favorite spell type of spell is the beam spell. For me, there is something that is just super satisfying about channeling a laser beam from my hands and melting my opponents hp bars. While we have incinerate, that spell just doesn't scratch the itch, I really want to be able to cast concentrated beams like the Sun Priest fire beam spell, or crackling lance of disintegration from POE1.

For supports, I think it would be really cool to see:
- a beam version of nova projectiles where multiple beams fire from the player
- a beam version of chain support that lets beams chain to other enemies
- a reflection support gem that lets beams reflect off surfaces

I like beam spells in single player games as well, but think here they'd just make the visual clarity issue even worse.
