Will the new end game stuff be accessible in standard

Will we actually be able to jump on a previous character and try the new atlas changes or do we have to restart in the league? I did standard in vvaal league so I could actually test skills and things without having to fight the poor loot system to do it, and I would like to test the new end game the same way

Yes, everything that is not related to the Runes of Aldur league will be in Standard as well.

The bulk of the announcement is patch version update information, not league information. Anything other than the league mechanic will be a universal update throughout the entire game. Because that's how updates work.
