How to report a bug? Please help

Hello, how can i report a bug? I lost all my support gems, including my Uul-nethal, in all of the heralds from The Coming Calamity armor. I can’t slot anything to my Scattering calamity skill on my Lich staff. My character is unplayable now. Please help. Thanks
