Corrupting Cry bugged on various warcries

Corrupting cry has been bugged since the release of 0.4, with brutality adding no damage to the phys dot. Swift affliction also seems to not affect damage even tho corrupted blood is listed as a debuff and not an ailment. On some warcries brutality does seem to work, but on Ferocious Roar and Fortifying Cry it does nothing.
